WHEN A PERSON IS PREGNANT, THE KIND OF SOUL THEY CAN ACCEPT DEPENDS ON THEIR MENTAL ATTITUDE. AND THEN THERE IS ANOTHER BEAUTY THAT WITHIN THE REALM OF YOUR BELLY, WHICH IS YOUR PREGNANCY, YOU CAN TOTALLY TRANSFORM THE SOUL. THE SOUL IS PURE AND HAS NOTHING TO DO, BUT THE SUBTLE BODY CARRIES THE KARMA OF THE PREVIOUS LIFE. A BIRTHER CAN TOTALLY PURIFY THE SUBTLE BODY OF THE NEW CHILD. – Yogi Bhajan [adapted to suit all folks]
Welcome pregnant friends! I am delighted to fuse together my offerings into this intimate Prenatal Kundalini Yoga series hosted at my home studio in Aylmer QC, right across the river from Ottawa ON. When I say offerings, I am referring to my crystal healing background as well as childbirth education which I am currently undergoing certification.

It is with my highest desire that you are able to bond with each other during this intimate series and develop a friendship that will sustain you throughout your pregnancy and the fourth trimester.
Also, I have all the props here in my studio! That’s right, you don’t have to worry about bringing your mat, blanket, bolster or props. I’ve got, you!
I do ask that you bring a water bottle and a journal & pen.
Typically in a Kundalini yoga class people wear white to expand their auras. They also cover the top of their head with a turban, thick headband or headcoving of choice. These are 100% up to you and how YOU feel. If black yoga clothes are what you own, and they work with your growing belly, please wear black. I do not judge. I will be flexible with my attire as well. Please come as you are.
My dwelling is smoke free. Please be respectful to arrive sans perfume, as you know being pregnant can make you very sensitive to artificial fragrances.
Sat Nam, I look forward to serving you and connecting you to others on this beautiful journey.
5% of each prenatal yoga series ticket sold is donated to the Shanti Uganda Society.
